Shipping Policy

At streetprise, we keep things moving — but we also keep it real about timelines.

Dispatch times

  • Orders are typically dispatched the same day, the next day, or the day after that after purchase.

  • We do not dispatch on Sundays or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on or just before these days will be sent out on the next available working day.

Delivery times

  • Once dispatched, your order will arrive within up to 14 days (maximum 2.5 weeks) via our postal partner.

  • The key date that matters is when the package is handed over to the post office — that’s when your shipment officially begins its journey.

How we ship

  • All orders are shipped through a third-party postal service (Post Office).

  • We do our best to get your drop out fast, but final delivery speed depends on the carrier once it’s in their network.

Tracking & issues

  • If tracking is available for your service level, details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • If your package hasn’t arrived after 21 days from dispatch, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
