By shopping at streetprise, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-loved, good condition or above

All items sold on streetprise are pre-loved and curated to be in good condition or better. While items may show light signs of previous wear, nothing heavily damaged or worn out is included in our drops.

2. No refunds

We do not offer refunds. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

3. Authenticity checked, but not guaranteed

We do our best to verify that items are genuine using in-house checks and trusted sourcing. However, due to the nature of the resale market and mystery-box formats, authenticity cannot be 100% guaranteed. You acknowledge this risk when purchasing from streetprise.

4. All items are branded

Every piece in our drops is branded. We do not sell unbranded or generic basics. Each item carries a recognizable label, logo, or design mark from its original brand.

5. Brand level: above fast fashion

We do not stock fast-fashion or high-street basics such as Zara, Primark, H&M or similar. Our selection sits above that level, featuring streetwear and contemporary labels such as Stüssy, Hugo Boss, Levi’s, and other respected brands in the streetwear and designer space.

6. Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Read product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

  • Understand that pre-loved items may have minor imperfections as part of their history.

  • Ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or stock errors.
